Through the Entrepreneurship Directorate, Wa Polytechnic is in the process of signing MOU with SE Intl as well as a Tripartite MOU with SE Intl and The University of Kara (U.K) to collaborate in various areas and exchange programmes.
In line with this collaboration, a Tripartite meeting started on Thursday, March 14, 2019 between the University of Kara (U.K), Wa Polytechnic and Social Entrepreneurs International (SE International). Stakeholders met, for two days and explored the possibilities of establishing a partnership framework between the University of Kara, Wa Polytechnic and SE International, on the one hand, and validate action plans and strategies for start of the tripartite agreement projects, on the other hand. The key idea is to provide effective training and education to students from the two northern universities of Togo and Ghana. The proceedings of the meeting were opened by Professor Komla Sanda, President of Kara University, accompanied by Dr. Hamidatu Darimani, Representative of the Rector of Wa Polytechnic and Mr. Francis Adjanta, Chair of the Board of Directors of SE International.
The visit of some tourist sites of the region was the last activity of the day. This allowed guests to combine business with pleasure and to appreciate some of the advantages of the Kara Region, Togo.
